  We chose this property based on location and photos - and it was exactly as advertised. The Ilikai is not a new hotel, and some of the finishes could be updated in the room, but we knew this going in. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was limited but everything we needed. The A/C was very loud, but effective. The location was great - away from the noise of Waikiki, but close enough to walk anywhere. Ala Moana Park was a much better option for beach time. The best thing was the view from the balcony. We knew we had a marina view, but the overall view of the courtyard, the marina, the open ocean.. and even the airport - close enough to watch planes coming in and leaving, without any of the noise. We will miss that balcony! If we're ever back in Honolulu, there's no reason to stay anywhere else.

  Beautiful relaxing view of the harbor and ocean from the balcony. Luana was quick to respond to questions. The property was as described and the location was great. I would recommend this room for convenience and comfort.

  Beautiful, clean place in the heart of Waikiki. All the amenities, super clean, comfy bed, full size kitchen. Easy distance to restaurants and beach. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again and again!!

  We stayed in this studio apartment for 10 days in April. It is very well positioned close to Ala Moana Center, Magic Island, and all the facilities of Waikiki. The apartment was clean, well appointed (except no dishwasher) with a great outlook. We would definitely stay here again.

  My husband and I stayed here recently and it was absolutely gorgeous! The location was really nice. Within walking distance on Waikiki Beach, but also a little away from the crowds. The view from the balcony was amazing. This was the perfect home base for our O'ahu adventure!

  We were in Honolulu visiting family, so this was perfectly located for us to take advantage of the location for relaxing, access to stores and restaurants and also allowing us to easily get to where our family lives.

  From the moment we arrived at the door of 1331, we were endlessly pleased. The convenience of the keyless door-entry made arrival so much easier; no checking in. Upon opening the door, we were greeted by a bright and spacious room with more amenities than we had every expected; beach chairs, towels, kitchen utensils and cookware, shampoo, soap, lotion and more. And then there was the VIEW! Every morning upon waking and every night at sunset, we were taken back by the breathtaking and amazing beauty of God's creation! The room is very well kept and cleaning tools made it easy to pick up if sand, etc were brought in from our days of beach relaxing. The Ilikai has always been a second home for me and 1331 brought back many fond memories of 30 years ago while living there. Luana Realty was fantastic to deal with and we would happily do our Oahu/Waikiki booking with them again!

  No problems. The owner might consider investing in a toaster and a couple of beach chairs.
