  The carpet needs serious attention, it was very dark; definitely needs shampooing.
  Kitchen had no dishwasher . The kitchen was not at all stocked, there was nothing , not even salt or sugar .
  Toiletries were good for couple of days only.

  We were super excited to find this place. I think the other reviews are very accurate. The wall of windows and balconies were breathtaking.
  Yes the furniture and carpets need updated, however because of the views we were able to not let that bother us.
  We also were able to het our check in early.

  We had a wonderful time in this 2 bed/2 bath condo. The view is amazing and the location is so good—walkable to the lagoon and beach. The kitchen is small but very nicely updated as are the bathrooms. The balconies have gorgeous views. The check-in was very easy, you didn’t have to wait in line at the hotel desk, just go up the elevator. The hotel has a restaurant and ice cream shop. Just perfect for us and I would rent it again.

  The view from this condo is spectacular from sunsets to Friday night fireworks to watching the waves all day long. Air conditioning works great and is very quiet. The furniture and carpet are showing signs of wear and need a good cleaning.

  Accommodations were perfect for our family of six adults. Everyone was comfortable. Lots of amenities. Gorgeous surrounding views and easy access to pools and beach. Fully stocked with basic necessities upon arrival. Would stay here again!!

  This was the nicest view I’ve ever had on the island. I have always stayed next door at the resort and thought the views I had there were amazing. I was wrong. This was by far the most gorgeous view. Not only was the view exceptional, the condo was super clean and beautiful. I was so happy there. I’m already planning on when I can go back! Highly recommend.

  From the moment we got into this condo until the time we left, everything was perfect. The views were fantasticwe got to see the fireworks on Friday from our leni. I will be back and 110% recommend this condo. Great location, great views

  The suite was just as described on VRBO. Very roomy and great views of the ocean and harbor. The lanai was super, large areas from bedroom and living room.

  Our family of four stayed in this unit and we could not have been more impressed! It was the perfect size and the view was amazing! We were in close proximity to several restaurants and shops and to be able w to walk to the beach was so convenient! The staff was so pleasant and there was great communication with the management company ! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family!

  First and foremost the view(s) are fantastic. You get ocean/harbor/city views all in one place. The main room is spacious and open and the bedrooms allow for privacy too. There are A/C units in each room and two lanais for shade/sun. Being at the end of the hall was a plus too since not as much foot traffic so was very quiet. Carpet was a little dated and should be replaced but otherwise a "10" in my bool!

  First of all, I have to say that the view is even better than it looks in the photos! This was my first time in Honolulu but I'm not sure how you could beat the location. Overall the apartment was clean and well furnished. I just have a few suggestions for how our stay could have been even better.
  Bedrooms: The bedding and pillows on all the beds need an upgrade. We actually had one person use the fold out couch and there were extra pillows for it but no pillow cases. Some of the extra bedding stored in the closet had stains.
  Bathroom: The bathtub in the bedroom furthest from the door does not drain well so that when I showered the water filled up past my ankles. Besides this, shampoo was provided but not conditioner which is an absolute must for long hair in a beach setting.
  Kitchen: It had most of the essentials but was lacking a few basics like mixing bowls, matching plates for 5 and perhaps a blender or hand mixer. These are all easy fixes that would have made our stay much more comfortable.
  There is a grocery store within walking distance that we visited a couple of times. We loved going to the beach and lagoon right next to the hotel. Paddle boarding and surfboard rentals are readily available and we snorkeled with sea turtles and lots of fish right there. Lots to see if you go out to the rocks that divide the swimming area from the boat channel. I would recommend this property but I hope that the owner will take my suggestions into consideration for future renters.

  Everything about the check-in and check-out process was easy. Resort fees were included, but not parking. That is optional. There is free parking close by if you get lucky and find a spot. The unit was clean with some moderate carpet stains in the living room area. The rental management was very quick to respond when the light went out in our bathroom. They replaced it the same day. The only negative I can really say about it is that it says it sleeps 6, which it does. We had 6 people. But there weren't enough utensils and kitchen items for 6. We had to buy disposable ones so that we could all eat at the same time. Also, the patio chairs were the most uncomfortable chairs we've ever sat on. We used the sofa throw pillows just to sit on the lanai. Both of those were incredibly minor negatives. Regardless, we would stay here again. The location was perfect for our purposes.

  This condo with views are amazing. We had a fabulous time. Since we are moving to Oahu in July we wont have a need to rebook, but would recommend to everyone.

  Gorgeous view! We didn’t have the heart to ever shut the blinds! The view is mesmerizing. If you want a getaway where you may want to never leave the room stay here. Also, all the kitchen needs were here. Walk to the beach. Easy drive to North Shore and Kailua. Uber downtown. Easy check in and out. Will definitely recommend this place and stay again!!
