  Overall, the place offers good pricing, space and most of the amenities we needed. AC, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths were important. The view and location were amazing. However, parking was valet only, no washer/dryer or dishwasher. Unfortunately, the carpet is white and has some old stains, which was a bit of a turn off. Otherwise, we’ve enjoyed our stay.

  Luana did a great job of communicating with us. There was a problem with the air-conditioning during our stay, and they immediately worked to have a repairman come as soon as possible.

  Our 7 person multi generational family (14-80yrs) had an amazing time in Waikiki. The view from the lanai is stunning with the marina and ocean. We enjoyed many rainbows and spent lots of time on the lanai. The rental is clean and comfortable with space for everyone. It’s easy to walk to shops, bars, restaurants. Hilton Village is just to the south with lots of shopping and casual dining. We bought supplies (beach towels/sunscreen)at ABC, and ordered groceries from Safeway. Valet parking was quick and easy. We brought our own games. The kitchen is handy for making coffee, breakfast etc. There weren’t any measuring cups so we did a best guess for pancakes. The workout room/gym is for Ilikai Hotel guests only. Walk around the Hilton lagoon to watch sunrise over diamond head. Snorkeling from shore at Queen’s beach was great (long walk just south of Waikiki pier). Cinnamon and Pesca are both great restaurants at the Ilikai and Tropics Bar and Grill at the Hilton is a tasty casual option on the beach. We also enjoyed drinks at Barefoot Bar. Absolutely would recommend this condo to friends and family and hope to stay again!

  We had a great time. The view was amazing! We loved being close to conveniences. When I thought I’d left something in the condo, the management company was great to respond and was very helpful. The condo and all linen was clean, my only feedback is there are stains in the carpet and several scuff marks on the walls. But I did notify the management and I’m sure they’ll make adjustments.

  We had the best visit to Hawaii ever do impart to where we stayed! The space was perfect for my family of 8 and I who were celebrating what would’ve been my mothers 81st birthday. There was enough space for all of us to not feel on top of each other, but also plenty of common areas for us to enjoy each other’s company. the view is the best part! We all spent several hours sitting on the patio, taking a nap, talking and just enjoying the weather. I would highly recommend the space! the communication of the owners is top notch.

  This was an amazing find! We decided to rent this instead of three hotel rooms and we were all very happy we did. Better price, better views and peaceful. I would definitely rent this Penthouse again!

  We were traveling with a group of seven in our family and the space perfectly fit our needs. The views from the large outdoor are far better in person than the pictures even come close to.

  I named it the Fab Place just from the person it didn’t disappoint. The photo's are an accurate representation of the space, The penthouse was great for our small family reunion....plenty of beds, plenty of space, everything we needed in the kitchen.....we cooked dinner a few times....a variety of seating areas....and the view was spectacular!!
  This was so much better than having 3 different hotel rooms! We just loved our stay and hope to return soon.

  There us a large area rug with creases that could cause tripping. This should be removed for saftey. The two can openers are not functional. There are now baking sheets or pans to use the oven.
  
  The place was clean and bedding was comfortable. Great space for a family. Views are incredible.

  My sisters and I had a fabulous trip in the 808 celebrating my 40th. Staying in this lovely unit was AMAZING. The views were beautiful from the balcony. Spacious rooms and living areas. Would love to go back and stay. I didn’t want to leave.

  We had a group of 7 family/friends that stayed here. It was PERFECT! There was plenty of room for everyone, and the condo was beautiful! The lanai was amazing-lots of room, and the view was incredible. We would definitely recommend this rental, and hope to go back!
